Walkersville Jazz Festival

 

Saturday, May 9th, starting no earlier than 1 pm, with the guest artist performing in late afternoon, early evening, depending on the amount of bands performing.

 

Groups will have 30 minutes for stage time (five to set up, twenty to perform, and five to exit)

There will be a room for warm-ups and a room for a post performance clinic, each will be 30 minutes.

 

Upon arrival, your group will be escorted to a classroom where you will store your equipment and cases until your warm-up time. 

 

Groups will perform from 1-5:30, then there will be a dinner break of 45 minutes, for the Javier Nero Orchestra to set up, sound check and all the attendee can partake in our food trucks.

The Javier Nero group will play at 7 pm!
