Marine Corps Invitational Plan - Emailed on September 23, 2026

We need Symphonic Band and String Orchestra families who do not have Marching Band students to sign-up for Shift 2 (11:30 AM - 3:30 PM).  During this window, our Marching Band will require lots of volunteers and we don't expect non-marching families to do that job for us.

Volunteers should try to arrive 30 minutes prior to your shift (7:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 3:00 PM).

USBANDS Volunteers look in your email today (9/30) for an email from Just Park. This has your QR code to get into the parking lot at 550 Taylor Avenue, Annapolis, MD. You're looking for Gates A/B where the Fighter Jet is located. If you did not receive a QR Code (Candy Grams volunteers) they will have our names on the Volunteer List (Last Name, First Name) day of to let us in.

Volunteers look for Box Office to Check-In. Look for Eric James, Will Hulcher, or Courtney who will be meeting volunteers and taking us to the Officials Locker Room to get our Volunteer Vest with our Job Description for the shift.  Vests need to be returned when your shift ends.

Hospitality for SPHS Volunteers will be available at the Officials Locker Room at 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 3:00 PM for meals.

There are no issues with a Volunteer showing up early to watch SPHS perform if you're volunteering for the later 3:30 PM shift.

Students need to be dropped off and enter through Bus/Truck parking at 231 Farragut Road. Where the green check mark is on the map below. They will be meeting at the Trucks to unload/get dressed.
