chaperones / volunteers

As of October 1, 2026, AACPS now requires all Chaperones and Volunteers that have access to students to have a fingerprint supported background check on file. 

Please send a copy of your fingerprint card AND a copy of your Sexual Harassment video verification form to secretary@sphsmusic.org and Nikki Slater, nslater@aacps.org once you have these items ready so we can keep a comprehensive list of our cleared volunteers.
