As a member of the band or as a band supporter you often hear the term TOB. The acronym refers to "Tournament of Bands". This term can be used in reference to the Tournament of Bands that our Severna Park High School Marching Band produces. Or TOB can refer to tournaments held by competing high schools. These are events which our marching bands applies to in order to compete with other high schools during our marching season. Our SPHS TOB has a set date. This year it will be held at SPHS, Roberts Stadium, on Oct 1, 2011. The other TOB's we participate in are dependent on many criteria, and our subject to change. Please refer to the band room calendar regularly to make sure your information stays current.
