Program Ad Sales for October 7 Home Show - All Ads and Payments due Sept 16

More ads sold = more money for BOB and for your fair share. This is our largest fundraiser
and we need everyone to help out by selling at least one ad or better yet three ads if you can.
Selling of Ads is not limited to marching band families since a portion of ads sold contributes
to fair share. Contact SPHSProgram@gmail.com with questions.

Marching Band Camp ONLINE Registration - due with deposit July 1

Please complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION for Marching Band by following this link:

Following online registration of your student, an email will go out providing the MARCHING
BAND PACKET,
which will include details for:
> Completing Registration: Forms and Deposit ($100) (**see note below)
> Band Camp Information
> Fair Share Details and Contract
> Mailing instruction for all forms and deposits

** This year, Marching Band fair share includes band camp ~ Your deposit goes towards/into
your student’s fair share account.

All students registering for Marching Band are expected to attend Band Camp. If for any
reason, your student is unavailable to attend any portion of band camp, please notify
Mr. Kilby (EKilby@aacps.org) and Ben Regalado, (President@SPHSmusic.org) in advance.
However, Marching Band Deposit and Forms are still REQUIRED by the same date as
those attending camp.
